Since 2018 we started with a single AI algorithm and have built systems ourselves across commerce, healthcare, fintech and content.
Putting AI on top of that experience is what BESTICE calls AX.
OUR POINT OF VIEW
BESTICE began in 2018, selected for the pre-startup track of the technology-innovation startup support programme run by Korea's National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), developing an MVP of our own AI algorithm.
What followed was commerce platform rebuilds and performance tuning, seller settlement redesigns, ERP and OMS integrations. Not drawing screens — working on the structures through which revenue and settlements actually flow. That is where we learned what really breaks on the ground.
We are not a team that learned AI first and the business later. We are a team that built the operational systems first, and is now putting AI on top of them.
HOW WE THINK
AI algorithms, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and MLOps are all held as internal capability with no external dependency. Developing an AI algorithm was this company's founding project.
Every project runs through our six-phase AX methodology, and each phase closes with client confirmation before the next begins. Development never proceeds in the wrong direction unnoticed.
