Many projects end the moment the tools are installed and the team is trained. But if the bottleneck and the way work flows stay the same, the results do not change.

Accounts get created and the team learns the interface. The bottleneck and the way work flows remain untouched, and results are never compared against the starting point.

We agree on where the bottleneck is and what counts as success before the project starts, then verify the outcome against those same criteria after delivery.

PHASE 1

Strategic Discovery & Baseline Agreement

We explore your business goals together and uncover the opportunities AI can unlock. At the same time we measure where the bottlenecks sit today and what the current numbers are, and set the performance baseline together.

WHEN THIS PHASE CLOSES

We agree on what counts as success before the work begins

Once client sign-off closes this phase, the next one begins.

DELIVERY GATES

6 Delivery Quality Criteria

Only systems that clear all 6 criteria in Phase 5 are handed over. Any gap is improved together until it is resolved.

3 Performance Criteria

Performance criteria differ by project. We measure the current numbers together in Phase 1 to set the baseline, then verify results against that same baseline in Phase 6.
